The 8 Keys of Excellence

The 8 Keys of Excellence are an important component of Quantum Learning. These Keys teach students life skills and are character building tools which help students work through social situations, classroom responsibilities, and self-discipline. Our school uses the common language of the 8 Keys so that students all understand the behavioral expectations and high level of accountability the Keys address. The 8 Keys are:

Integrity, Failure Leads to Success, Speak With Good Purpose, This Is It!, Commitment, Ownership, Flexibility, and Balance.

Each Key has specific aspects which help students make important decisions at school. They are intrinsically tied together in that they have similar goals in different Keys, such as Integrity and Speak With Good Purpose both require honesty and thoughtfulness. Failure Leads to Success and Commitment both require persistence in order to achieve.

If you wish to learn more about The 8 Keys of Excellence, please check the www.qln.com website. There is much rich information for incorporating The 8 Keys and Quantum Learning.
